Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on the 4th of October 1978) is an American actress. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) and in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voiced her as well as Robot Chicken's and She's all That (1999), respectively. The series was launched with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was a daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian who is currently a social worker as well as JoAnn Cook, who is a cook instructor and weaver. She is part-Italian. Cook appeared first in a commercial for foster care when she was seven years old. She began her career as a child model around the age of 10 and was featured in national ads for Target and Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
